Next 6 weeks programme
Wk 1 technique – foundation moves, high intensity
Wk 2 confidence – foundation moves with twist
Wk 3 test yourself – foundation moves heavier bell, lower intensity more effort
Wk 4 technique – 2 bells foundation
Wk 5 confidence – 2 bells with twist
Wk 6 test yourself – heavier bell, increase calories burned
