Well done to our excellent under 10 ladies footballers, who today won all their games in a hotly contested blitz at De la salle park. Impressive wins against LD Rossa and st Endas showed just how talented these girls are. With the excellent Aoibhìnn in goal superbly marshalled at the back by Iseult Katie and Aoibh, Emma Shauna Marie and Mia always in control in the middle of the park and the crazies Roise Alex and Ciarrai up front the girls were fantastic. A special mention must also go to our younger under 8 girls who ably assisted our older girls when called upon. In the impressive Lisa, Olivia, Jessica, Erin and Hannah we showed we have great strength in depth with anyone of them fit to grace any team in the land. The only way is up, well done girls NGA. U12 footballers supposed to play st Pauls in league but because of no proper nets we played full pitch and as a challenge match,it was a great opportunity for kids to experience the size of full pitch,we won the challenge and a number of players stood out,especially aodhan McDonagh who scored an excellent goal after some great team play.,also che Devine and Joe diamond in defense,conal mcgirr and darragh Ferguson were excellent in midfield and Niall Fallon and Michael Quinn worked great together in attack,last weeks keeper,dulaltach mac Liam switched to attack and Sean Stewart took his turn as keeper tonight,another league match scheduled for next Friday so come along and witness the future!!!N.G.A..Mickey Culbert

Monday 13th @ 7 pm is a keep fit nite hosted by our U16 ladies, cost is £2. Work of easter eggs to kick start getting fit for summer. Please come and show your support for our girls, everyone welcome.

Congratulations to our U12 Footballers and their mentors, who won the Joe Cahill Tournament today. It was a great day of games, with 18 teams competing for the Cup. Great first round wins against Sarsfields, Belfast Saffrons and Gort na Mona, semi final win over St Pauls and what a final; Rossa were playing for their 5 in a row, only to have their hopes kicked over the bar by the mighty Galls! Man of the match went to Sean Stewart and the Cup was presented to Dubhaltach Wilson, captain who dedicated the win of the Cup to Tommy Brannigan RIP
