Club Man of 2014 Michael Og Culbert….well deserved!!!

Folks, we are appealing to all senior players, mentors & parents. As our Clubhouse and grounds are being prepared for painting and a general cleanup, we need a few volunteers on site tomorrow to help in the rear car park.
We need to remove all the dead wood, break up old stools, suites and fill the skip. If you can lend a hand, please give Sinead a shout 07926795384.

Folks, the large car park is closed for a few days. When you are coming to training, please try to come early and park in one of the other parking areas near the clubhouse or alternatively on the main road.

The Hannaway family would like to thank everyone who took part in ‘Up for the craic for Alfie’ on saturday. There was amazing craic had by all on the pitch and in the club in memory of a great clubman. There was approximately £1335 raised for Naomh Gall juveniles. Well done to all involved.

The U10 girls football team who had a great couple of matches recently against St Theresas and St Johns. Captain for the day was Olivia Campbell who was brilliant in nets protected by a trio of Seana Maire Connolly, Katie McAllister and our starring quarterback Iseult Ni Mhathuna. Directing operations from a centre back position.in the midfield was Mia Maguire and Emma McMullen who were a brilliant link and never stopped running all day to feed our inside forward line of Ciarraí Culbert, Roise Morris and Alexandra (I am better than my dad)Burns!!,all the girls had a great blitz and the icing on the cake was Alexandra scoring a point with a hand pass (our secret weapon).There will be more matches coming up so watch out for this team and if you know of any girls who are U10,get them down to training and join in the fun.,Fiona Austin and Michael Culbert.

Senior Presentation Night in clubrooms on Friday 27th March, with music and buffet. Tickets are available from the committee, bar or shop @ £10 per person.
