All U6s are back on track this Sat 17th with training at St Louise’s..10am…basketball with Simon for both boys and girls up to u14 at 11.30 am. U8/10/12 ladies training at Dunville 10am on Sat, plenty of layers please 🙂
Cumann Oige Naomh Gall has started back every Tuesday 6.30 – 8.30pm @ Falls Pavilion, with football, table tennis, basketball, arts & crafts & much more.
We are also intending to run up to 6 weeks of summer youth camps this summer, and full details will be available in the coming weeks, so you can book your place early.

Functional Conditioning Course
CBS School, Glen Road is hosting a coaching course on Strength Development. The course will be delivered by Mike McGurn Antrim’s Senior Footballers Strength and Conditioning coach.
The course is entitled “Functional Conditioning, what actually works in making athletes more powerful” and will cover both technical and practical aspects of strength development to improve athletic power.
The course will take place on Wednesday 21st January, 7 p.m. start. Price of course is £5.00, anyone wishing to confirm their attendance should contact Liam McGoldrick (liammcgold@hotmail.com or 07885716966).

Hi all, unfortunately St Louise’s have informed us that their hall is unavailable tomorrow due to equipment held there because of their Open Days. All U6 training and basketball is cancelled and we will see you Sat 17th, Apols and Thank You

Club notice ref Changing Rooms
Despite our best efforts, individuals have been accessing the home changing rooms and using the Ice Bath. It is now out of commission. Over the coming weeks, we will be changing these locks & hopefully have this equipment back in operation for the upcoming season.
Only the lead mentor in each team ( U12 upwards ) will receive a new key- thank you !
