U12 boys football had another great victory tonight up at “The Bearpit”,beating fierce local rivals Sarsfields in another great example of youth football in our city.For people who say that football is in a bad state of affairs should watch our juvenile teams play and train and it is clear to see that our brand of positive football is very much alive and kicking!!We used our full panel of about 25 players in tonight match and everyone played a key role in getting the points tonight ,special mention to Dubhaltach Macliam who got a bloody nose while leading from the front,and Adam Churchill,Garric Adams,Callum and Luke Walsh and “The Tower”Darragh Ferguson who was immense the whole match.Light ball work tomorrow,training during the week ,for those who haven’t seen us,we train hard,we play hard but we play fair!!!.We aren’t worried about winning,we are more concerned with constantly improving and making”our better,better than their better”if we do that the wins will come.N.G.A.
